Senior Learning Program Development Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Apprenticeship core team is seeking experienced, highly motivated individuals to join our team as a **Senior** **Learning Program Development Specialist**. This role is multifaceted so the ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge and experience in the Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety domain. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Electrical/Mechanic Learning Program Development Specialists to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs focused on the Mechanical/Electrical manufacturing processes. These roles require a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to design and develop effective training programs. This opportunity is available in any of the following locations: Berkeley, MO; Mesa, AZ; El Segundo; CA; Huntsville, AL; or San Antonio, TX. **Position Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategic learning programs in one of the areas of structures, mechanical or electrical manufacturing domain and align to the appropriate processes, procedures, and organizational goals and objectives * Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives * Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary improvements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, production operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment and integration of the learning program with other organizational initiatives * Acknowledge budget, including vendor selection, to optimize resources and achieve cost-efficiency * Ensure Boeing learning content is alig
