We're looking for a consultative, business-first learning designer to join our Learning you manage the timeline and the deliverables Expert-level proficiency with eLearning technology (such as Articulate), plus working knowledge of audio and video editing A real command of adult learning theory and instructional design models, with the practical sense to know when to apply what in a fast-moving environment Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in your design process: prototyping outlines, building storyboards, creating multimedia assets Experience designing across the full range: operational skills, business skills, individual contributor development, and leadership A portfolio that shows you can take complex content and make it land across multiple formats Ability to travel as required, approximately 4-6 times per year. Preferred Qualifications: ATD Master Instructional Designer certification or CPTD Background in financial services, fintech, or other high-volume operations environments where learning has a direct impact on customer experience Compensation: Annual full-time starting base salary range: $95,000 - $124,250 This role is eligible for additional compensation in the forms of participation in our annual incentive and equity programs. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
