Must Have
Extensive L&D experience but love being a solo operator, Proven track record working in a fully remote, global environment and know the exact tools and techniques needed to keep virtual audiences engaged, Master communicator, facilitator, and storyteller who can build trust quickly across all levels of the organisation, Understanding adult learning theories deeply enough to make training highly educational, Creativity to make training enjoyable and memorable, Ability to pivot quickly based on feedback and business needs
