Must Have
Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, Human Resources, education, or a related field, Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the property-casualty insurance industry, Background in developing underwriting and/or claims training materials, Demonstrated expertise in designing, presenting, and coordinating technical insurance training programs, Proven experience facilitating both live (virtual and in-person) and online training, Experience with learning management systems (LMS), Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, Analytical and problem-solving abilities, Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Advanced degree or professional certifications, CPCU, AIC, SHRM-CP/SCP a plus, Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS a plus
