10 + years of experience implementing lean principles, 10+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams, 8+ years of experience planning and facilitating Lean+ workshops (e. g. , BPSM /AIW / 3p, Value Steam mapping, Process mapping, 5s), 6+ years of experience teaching Lean+ tools and concepts, Willing to Travel Domestically and internationally as needed

Nice to Have

Bachelors Degree or higher, Lean Six Sigma Certification, 10+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment, 10+ years of Experience with the Boeing Production System, Project management certification

Senior Lean Practitioner **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Lean Practitioner** to join the**** Air Dominance Lean team to support a proprietary program in St. Louis, MO. As a Lean Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in driving Lean initiatives and culture across the organization. You will be responsible for Lean activities and partnering with stakeholders to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. This position requires an understanding of Lean principles and methodologies, as well as the ability to guide teams and leaders in their Lean journey. The successful candidate will be a Lean manufacturing expert to support Boeing Production System implementation, and maturity, working with BDS Program and manufacturing teams, along with other stakeholders throughout the enterprise, to drive the integration of Lean best practices to enable world-class manufacturing system performance and efficiency.
