Must Have
Experience in software development with Python, Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI (prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG concepts, Guardrails & Evals, Agentic AI), Experience building APIs and integrating services into production environments, Familiarity in building vector databases in AWS, Familiarity in building observability in Generative AI solutions, Familiarity with AWS Cloud & Key Services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, OpenSearch), Knowledge of databases and data processing (SQL/NoSQL), Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices, collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with data platforms such as Databricks (or similar), Background in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning, Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architectures
What You'll Do.
Design and develop AI-enabled features and services across digital platforms
Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI models into backend systems and applications
Build and maintain end-to-end AI solutions (data pipelines → model → APIs → production systems)
Evaluate and experiment with different AI models and architectural approaches
Ensure solutions are scalable
and reliable in production environments
