Job's mission Ensure material availability and supply continuity for Contract Manufacturing (CM) and Gas categories by translating demand signals into robust, forward-looking supply plans. Drive planning discipline across supplier capacity, inventory policies, and replenishment strategies to balance service levels, risk, and working capital while ensuring scalable and resilient operations. What you will be working on Own supply planning for CM and Gas across the end-to-end value chain. Translate demand/forecast into executable supply and capacity plans with a forward-looking perspective Define and govern scheduling agreements and supplier capacity frameworks Drive alignment across Demand Planning, ECO Planning, Sourcing, and Inventory Planning Ensure proactive risk identification, mitigation, and decision-making on supply scenarios Own accountability for material availability, inventory health, and supplier execution performance Responsibilities Supply Planning & MRP Governance Govern MRP and planning parameters to ensure accurate translation of demand into material requirements Manage supply planning balancing forward demand signals vs historical consumption trends Monitor planning master data performance (leadtimes, MOQ, lot size, safety stock) and trigger corrective actions or parameter
