What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Strong, hands‑on experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade software with a clear focus on quality, maintainability, security, and performance, technical/programming skills with in-depth experience in Frontend and Backend frameworks and technologies, Hands-on experience with Cloud Services, preferably Azure, The ability to leverage agentic AI frameworks and AI-assisted development tools to build, debug, troubleshoot, and ship features efficiently to production, Proven experience working across the full software development lifecycle — design, development, testing, deployment, and support, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, The ability to work in distributed Global team set up, collaborating with different stakeholders, Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
Nice to Have
Previous exposure of IFS Cloud, IFS Applications or other ERP applications is a plus, hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies - Go, React and PostgreSQL would be an added advantage

improving engineering practices
driving architectural decisions
perform trade-off analysis
authoring high quality design artifacts and ADRs
mentor and coach engineers
guiding the team through complex problem solving

Team & Collaboration
closely collaborate with internal/partner presales and engineering teams across Product and Technology; work in distributed Global team set up, collaborating with different stakeholders; engaging with colleagues to share ideas and build meaningful relationships
