What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum seven years of direct supervisor experience, Excellent digital literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite®, Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
Nice to Have
Supervisory experience in a mobile mine maintenance environment, Experience in material acquisition, planning, and scheduling
What You'll Do.
driving continuous improvement initiatives through maintenance and environmental practices
mentoring shop and field supervisors
assisting with break-in prioritizations
Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Manage maintenance project ensuring project planning and execution standards are maintained
Mentor and coach supervisors
ensure development plans are implemented and sustained
Ensure compliance to key performance indicators are met around costs
equipment performance and safety/environmental standards
Advise on the work priority
and impacts of maintenance work
Provide major equipment outage and servicing recommendations
Ensure compliance to site procedures
and occupational health and safety standards

The ability to mentor and provide advice and feedback to cross-functional teams and teams of professionals would be critical for success.
