The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting abilities, and experience managing mission-critical infrastructure in complex enterprise environments. This role will be responsible for the administration, optimization, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure systems supporting virtualization, unified communications, network security, server operations, monitoring and analytics, and backup/disaster recovery services across mission-critical environments. **Key Responsibilities** • Administer and maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms including servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and unified communications systems. • Manage and support Cisco Unity and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environment including voice services, call routing, and system upgrades. • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet Next-Gen firewalls, and network security infrastructure. • Administer Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) environments including cluster operations, storage management, and virtualization support. • Support Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments including patching, hardening, automation, and performance tuning. • M
