About the Role We are looking for a Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a high-impact product team building modern, AI-powered applications using a cutting-edge web stack. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who can own architecture, write production code daily, and deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-moving environment. You will work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, building scalable systems while integrating AI-driven features into real-world products. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with product thinking and the ability to operate independently with minimal direction. This role requires strong alignment with PST working hours, with at least 6 hours of daily overlap. ## Key Responsibilities Design and build full-stack applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks Develop and maintain APIs, authentication flows, and backend services Work with PostgreSQL, Supabase, and Redis to build scalable data systems Deploy and manage applications on Vercel, including environments and workflows Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (
