Overview At DXD (Digital Excellence & Products Division), Ministry of Education (MOE), we believe that meaningful digital transformation starts by improving the everyday experiences of our users — including the thousands of school and HQ staff who keep our education system running smoothly. We are seeking a Senior / Lead UX Designer to lead the user experience and service design for MOE’s HR Systems. This role will focus on simplifying complex HR workflows, improving usability, and enabling smarter, more intuitive digital tools that directly support HR functions from recruitment to delivering positive employee experiences. In the first 6–12 months, the role will focus on the problem discovery in the hiring processes and identify opportunities to for tech to improve the recruitment outcomes.
