What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 to 15 years of Substation experience with Revit, Proficiency in Revit, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Proficiency in Microstation, Proficiency in Dynamo, understanding of CADIM standards and drawing protocols, Ability to prepare and check complex drawings, Familiarity with Electrical/Structural/Mechanical design basics, Experience with EDMS and drawing control protocols, Capable of implementing GDC BMS & QSE procedures, Knowledge of project programming and resource utilization, Multidisciplinary exposure across Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Mechanical domains, Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff and manage teams effectively, A grasp of drawing standards, CADIM protocols, and project workflows, Hands-on experience in Substation projects (Green field and Brown field), project setup in Revit, layout preparation, support structure modelling, concrete structures reinforcement detailing, power systems, earthing systems, lighting systems, protection systems, Proficiency in other BIM-related tools
