Must Have
5+ years of experience in game industry business development, IP cooperation, publishing, or ecosystem cooperation, Excellent business negotiation, resource integration, project promotion, and cross-cultural communication skills, Fluent English for business communication, contract negotiation, and written correspondence, Solid IP cooperation resource network with stable cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign IP parties or copyright agents in game, animation, film and television, and literature fields, Successful IP linkage or major business cooperation case experience, Profound understanding of the global game market, business models, and industry trends, Strong business acumen and market insight, Excellent cross-team collaboration skills, problem-solving ability, and stress tolerance, Results-oriented, able to adapt to fast-paced and cross-border collaborative work environments, Data-driven and results-oriented, Ability to analyze partner performance and make strategic adjustments in a timely manner
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Japanese or Korean, Successful IP linkage or major business cooperation case experience, Experience working abroad, Familiarity with mainstream game markets (e.g., Europe, North America, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia) localization cooperation ecosystem
