What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, Organizational skills, attention to detail, data driveness, Excellent interpersonal, math, and written/verbal communication skills, Proficiency and experience in Google sheets and/or MS Excel required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), 1 - 2 years of experience in positions that require analysis and influencing stakeholders using data interpretation, Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment, Experience with project management tools
Nice to Have
Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain preferred

Create weekly labor plans
Track progress to plan
Track deviations from plan
Assist with problem-solving
Assist with root cause analysis
Assess Operational risks
Identify Operational risks
Plan changes to business stakeholders
Utilize production planning tools
Ensure execution of production plans
Contribute to continuous improvement

Partner effectively with other leaders across functions; Work alongside other members of the Labor Planning team; Communicate plan changes to business stakeholders; Develop cross-functional partnerships
