We need technicians to help define the way we build and test our products and features in a start-up environment. You will be the hands-on fabrication expert who can take a napkin sketch and turn it into reality, working in a well-equipped prototyping shop to rapidly build and iterate on test equipment and prototypes. Key job responsibilities As a Senior Lab Engineer, you will be responsible for independently fabricating rapid prototypes and test equipment from concept to completion. An ideal candidate can take a rough sketch or concept and build it themselves using a full range of fabrication techniques including soldering, CNC programming and operation, 3D printing, welding, and general machining. You'll work in a shop equipped with modern fabrication tools to support multiple areas of the program, creating everything from simple test fixtures to complex robotic test equipment. You should be comfortable working independently to solve fabrication challenges and have the technical versatility to select the right manufacturing approach for each project.
