We are looking for a Senior Lab Engineer/Associate to join our team in Malta. **Key Responsibilities** \- Design protocols and interpret results to validate functional test methods \- Organize and perform Test Method Validation (TMV) activities \- Support lab engineers/associates in test method validation and lab-related tasks \- Critically review and interpret test protocols and testing plans to verify product requirements \- Collaborate closely with the Lab Supervisor in lab management and maintenance of procedures \- Perform and document verification and validation tests (NPD & SPO) across business units \- Conduct studies for disposables and container systems, supporting new product development - Identify and implement innovative solutions in test methods and equipment \- Execute procedures accurately and consistently, ensuring repeatability \- Review and document results in lab notebooks and data systems according to procedures \- Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and adhere to GLP/GDP requirements \- Present study results and findings clearly to relevant stakeholders \- Develop TMV protocols in collaboration with cross-functional teams \- Maintain strong scientific and engineering knowledge \
