We are seeking a Senior L3 Computer Engineer (m/w/d) for a complex private cloud environment within Everience, who will be responsible for the most demanding technical support and management activities within our client services. The environment consists of a large Dell/VMware private cloud with high requirements in terms of availability, continuity, security and lifecycle management. The L3 Computer Engineer supports L1/L2, handles complex incidents and problems, prepares non-standard changes and implements them in a controlled manner. This also includes drafting runbooks, participating in CAB meetings and carrying out or supervising production activities such as patch cycles and resolving vulnerabilities through vulnerability management. The role requires an engineer who is familiar with enterprise-scale infrastructures, including VMware environments with more than 10 vCenters and over 500 physical servers.
