Must Have
4 years of experience in financial services, compliance, legal or audit environment, Knowledge of AML/CFT, CDD requirements, Ability to manage a small team, IT savvy with ability to learn any IT Systems related to the job, Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Ability to manage a small team, A solution driven attitude to problems, Detail and delivery oriented, Ability to work using own initiative, Good organisational skills, Ability to work methodically and accurately, Ability to work autonomously
Nice to Have
professional qualification related to the Global Business or financial sector, HSC holder with relevant experience for at least 6 years in the industry, Experience in corporate administration
What You'll Do.
Conduct client file reviews within deadlines
Manage daily work allocation for direct reports
Review client files for AML/CFT compliance
Identify CDD deficiencies
Liaise with other Ocorian offices
Update client information on Ocorian systems
Manage and secure data integrity
Ensure awareness of Regulatory requirements
Ensure jurisdictional regulations are met
Deal with queries and responses
Achieve quality and quantity objectives
Adhere to internal policies
Report and provide updates
Ensure completeness of due diligence documents
Protect confidentiality
availability of information
Accurate time recording
Comply with information security policies
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the Manager on client portfolio; Liaise with other Ocorian offices and clients; Liaise with Ocorian colleagues and clients globally; Collaborate to win together; Share successes
