Über die Rolle: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Großkunden: Als (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Gewinnung neuer Großkunden und den Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen. Du identifizierst potenzielle Entscheidungsträger und baust langfristige, strategische Partnerschaften auf. Dabei betreust du unsere Key Accounts kontinuierlich und persönlich. Entwicklung und Präsentation maßgeschneiderter Lösungskonzepte: Du erstellst individuelle Lösungskonzepte, die genau auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden zugeschnitten sind. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Product- und Execution-Team legst du den Fokus auf analytische und strategische Beratung, um das Wachstum unserer Key Accounts gezielt zu fördern. Effiziente Steuerung der Projekt-Pipeline: Du unterstützt du bei dem Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften und übernimmst in dieser Funktion Anbahnungsgepräche und leitest Workshops. Perspektivisch strukturierst und managst die Projekt-Pipeline unserer Großkunden, um langfristige Partnerschaften zu sichern und sicherzustellen, dass Umsatz- und Qualitätsziele erreicht werden. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technical Sales: Gemeinsam mit dem Technical Sales Team gewährleistest du eine fundierte technische Beratung der Kunden und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Abteilungen.
