Must Have
Bachelor up to Master / University degree in Business / Sales / Commercial or equal through experience, Account management of a Major European minimum of 3-year experience, Experience of managing projects in the area of Sales, Experience and thorough ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, Extensive experience of working with or in manufacturing, supply chain or purchasing or marketing
Nice to Have
Experience of selling Private Label / Value Brands

Deliver budgeted customer Volume
Drive improved profitability
Take responsibility for customer prices
Evaluate results vs. budget
Develop and manage customer joint business plans
Ensure forecast is accurate
Manage relationships across multiple customer departments
Generate a key account plan
Promote continual improvement of processes
Initiate customer specific projects
Monitor and investigate the market
Provide Partnership Champion with information

Team & Collaboration
Collaborates and shares expertise with the Demand Planning team; Manages the relationships across multiple customer departments; Initiates, leads collaborative, value-added customer specific projects utilising resource from across the business

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in a variety of settings

Experience of managing projects in the area of Sales
