What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, At least intermediate level of English level, 4+ years of experience, Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban), Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance, Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, experience with JAVA web-based technologies: Spring (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Boot) and ORM (JPA, Hibernate), Experience with database design and SQL (e.g. , SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities (designing, coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging…), Experience in microservices and Azure cloud environments, Competent in software development processes and agile development practices
Nice to Have
Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks (e.g. , ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, KnockoutJS), Experience with large-scale web-based applications, setting up CI/CD pipelines and web security issues, Proficient daily use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) across the full SDLC, Able to decompose complex tasks, provide effective context, and apply chain-of-thought and multi-step prompting workflows, Experience with agentic workflows and AI-driven development frameworks, Hands-on experience integrating AI tools with other systems via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent, Awareness of emerging AI tools and willingness to evaluate and adopt new capabilities
