Responsibilities * Provide and analyse technical designs in line with business requirements * Produce high‐level and detailed estimates for governance gateway documents * Create functional design specifications and/or user stories * Code new developments/enhancements in line with standards * Quality assure code and output in the project * Peer review code * Identify and implement sufficient integration testing, system testing and automation testing where necessary * Provide support for applications in the system test environments * Mentor and coach junior members * Manage the tasks of junior resources on the team * Guide intermediate level team members in their work * Plan and co‐ordinate system test and live releases * Support project managers in all aspects of their work * Provide input to governance and status reports * Outline resource requirements for a project / sub team * Help track project progress against the plan and report variances * Id
