Must Have

7+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Java, Java programming skills in Java EE and Spring Boot / Spring Core, Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and design patterns, Experience working with SQL for application configuration and data-driven logic, Practical experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems, Hands-on experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably AWS, Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, troubleshooting and analytical skills, including production issue investigation, Effective communication and presentation skills, Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment

The Developer will work with project teams, third-party suppliers, internal IT teams, and business partners to develop, support, and improve voice contact center systems. The role requires a strong understanding of IVR platforms, solid troubleshooting skills, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
