You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. * Strong experience with Java / Java EE and Spring / Spring Boot. * Working knowledge of Angular / AngularJS for UI fixes and enhancements. * Experience with REST APIs and system integrations. * Hands-on experience with Oracle databases (queries, debugging, troubleshooting). * Familiarity with JBoss or Apache application servers. * Experience working with AWS (monitoring, deployments, or troubleshooting in cloud environments). * Knowledge of Linux commands and Bash scripting. * Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk or New Relic. * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git). * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. * Exposure to Groovy, PHP, or legacy systems. (Nice to have) * Advanced English proficiency is required, as you will work directly with US-based clients. You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities: * Manage and monitor the support ticket queue and production alerts. * Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents. * Participate in operational and control calls with client stakeholders. * Collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes. * Support deployment processes and validate post-release stability. * Contribute to performance improvements, automation initiatives, and system optimizatio
