Must Have

Demonstrated experience as a senior IT systems / SaaS platform engineer in a fast-moving, distributed environment, Deep hands-on Okta administration (SSO, SCIM, group rules, authentication policies), Demonstrable experience administering and integrating Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, GitHub, and AWS, Experience with MDM platforms (Iru — formerly Kandji — and Intune), Comfortable working with/within IaC frameworks like Terraform, Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN), Working knowledge of Zero Trust principles, Working knowledge of CIS-style hardening standards, Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate IT operations, documentation, scripting, and investigations, Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript), Comfort with low-code automation tooling, Proven ability to evaluate emerging platforms quickly, Proven ability to assess security posture, Proven ability to make practical build-vs-buy recommendations, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What You'll Do.

Serve as the senior technical escalation point for the Help Desk on identity

and authentication issues

Own resolution of escalated issues and feed fixes back into platform configuration

Act as the subject matter expert on Okta and broader identity stack

Partner with departments to onboard new SaaS platforms cleanly

and maintain Life360’s SaaS estate

and govern AI-powered tools across the organization

Build AI-assisted workflows that accelerate troubleshooting

and cross-platform operations

Contribute low-code automations and scripts

Define and refine IT processes and policies

current technical documentation and SOPs

Mentor junior team members

Act as a bridge across IT functions
