You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that make a real impact. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Contribute to end-to-end IT project delivery – from planning to execution. * Collaborate and influence internal teams and external partners. * Deliver project within a project management framework using best practices. * Coordinate with service delivery and support teams for smooth transition into BAU operations. * Provide hands-on implementation and technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects. * Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and technical stakeholders. * Ensure documentation, change logs, and project records are accurate and up to date. * Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges efficiently, maintaining client confidence. * Uphold MSP standards of quality, security, and customer experience across all project engagements. * Proactively upskilling to stay current with emerging technologies. **Requirements** * 5+ years’ experience delivering complex IT projects. * Strong technical background in IT systems, software, and infrastructure. * Implementation and deployment
