What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years experience administering and supporting core enterprise SaaS and IT systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Iru (formerly Kandji), Workspace ONE), basic network troubleshooting, 4+ years of supporting a fully remote, Apple macOS environment, Experience monitoring and resolving issues in a ticketing system, e. g. ServiceNow or similar, Experience with standard conference room systems and A/V equipment, Understand mobile device management (MDM) with experience in Iru (formerly Kandji) for corporate macOS devices, and WorkspaceOne for mobile phones (iPhone/Android), Solid understanding of networking fundamentals with hands-on experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)

provide remote support to our globally distributed workforce

supporting our existing full Apple macOS environment

Lead on-site IT support at our Bangalore

ensuring all IT needs are met with professionalism and minimal disruption

Support the IT response in the areas of IT Incident

and Problems for our Bangalore

India office and global users

Own all levels of IT support (L1–L3) independently

serving as the primary point of contact for all IT needs at the Bangalore office

Manage hardware procurement

and maintain accurate inventory and asset management records for all IT equipment at the Bangalore office

Provide in-person IT support at our Bangalore

India office for Circle employees

Support our remote IT Service Desk and our globally distributed workforce

including triaging incoming support tickets
