Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical or service delivery role, Advanced knowledge of Windows systems integration (domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, application servers, etc. ) for a medium on-prem environment, Experience with peripherals like NAS, APs, printers, switches etc., understanding of networking and cybersecurity, Experience with IT service management and ITIL practices, Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, Customer-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in a relevant field, Vendor certifications (Microsoft, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco), Security certifications (e. g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP or equivalent), ITIL, PRINCE2, or similar certifications, Familiarity with maritime ICT environments
