Position Summary The IT Support Technician provides frontline technical support to end users and ensures the reliable operation of end-user computing systems, devices, and basic network infrastructure. This role is responsible for onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and Tier 1–2 helpdesk support, along with assisting in physical infrastructure deployments such as cabling and workstation setup. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1–2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and user issues Perform employee onboarding and offboarding: Account provisioning (e.g., Microsoft Entra / M365) Device setup (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals) Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues Install, configure, and maintain standard business applications Manage IT assets: Inventory tracking (e.g., Snipe-IT or equivalent) Device lifecycle management Support endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune or similar) Assist with p
