What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role, at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity, Proven expertise supporting Windows and macOS environments in an enterprise setting, Advanced knowledge of IT troubleshooting methodologies for hardware, software, and network issues, Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint) and Microsoft Admin Center, Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls), Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
Nice to Have
Basic JavaScript or scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), Experience with API tools such as Postman and Twilio, Proficiency with database tools such as DBeaver, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, Hands-on experience building and maintaining workflow automations in Make (formerly Integromat), IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent
