Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MCA, or MSc, 10+ years of IT experience, Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Hyperautomation tool stack, Demonstrated experience leading delivery execution for enterprise initiatives, People leadership experience, Ability to understand business problems and drive solutions
Nice to Have
Experience delivering global or multi-technology solutions, Prior experience enabling reusable automation components, Experience/knowledge in Copilot adoption, governance, and productivity enablement, Exposure to automation operations and continuous improvement frameworks, Managing a Global Organization and Stakeholders
