What You'll Do.
Provide first and second-line technical support
Respond to IT service desk requests
Perform routine maintenance and system checks
Manage user accounts and access permissions
Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions
Create technical documentation
Maintain technical documentation
Manage laptop and desktop lifecycle
Provision peripheral equipment
Maintain IT asset records
Respond to audit inquiries
Serve as point of contact for IT services
Educate employees about IT processes
Support desktop equipment
Escalate to senior team members
Manage technology component of employee onboarding
Manage technology component of employee departure
Propose updates to documentation
Participate in on-call shifts
