Must Have
4+ years in end-to-end hiring, track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets, Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, operational leaders, and executives, Proficiency in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, competitor intelligence, analytical skills to track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, improve time-to-hire efficiency, Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies, driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience hiring for contact center technologies like Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions
