4+ years of experience in end-to-end hiring, with a track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets, Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, operational leaders, and executives, aligning hiring strategies with business goals, Proficiency in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, and competitor intelligence to attract top-tier candidates, Analytical skills to track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve time-to-hire efficiency, Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and positive candidate experience, Experience hiring for contact center technologies like Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions
