Minimum 8 years' experience in IT project management, At least 5 years leading EWM implementations, Proven expertise in SAP EWM systems, Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations, Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GxP, GDP), Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, Budgets exceeding €1 million, Excellent people skills, Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Meticulous attention to detail, Proficiency in project management tools, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to present to senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
SAP EWM or change management certification, Experience with warehouse automation technologies, Experience with system integration, Experience with API management, Fluency in English
