Must Have
At least 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, Extensive experience in IT project/program management within financial services, background in regulatory-driven initiatives (e. g. , compliance, reporting, transformations), Proven track record in managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments, Excellent understanding of banking platforms (e. g. , Avaloq or similar core banking systems), knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall), Experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level management, communication, negotiation, and escalation management skills, Full professional fluency in German

What You'll Do.

Maintaining high standards in execution

Independently manage IT projects from initiation through planning to successful completion and closure
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure project goals are met
Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop measures to mitigate them
Ensure adherence to project budgets and optimal allocation of resources
Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams
promote collaboration
and ensure smooth communication
Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuously improve project management processes
Regularly prepare status reports for management and present project results
