Must Have
8+ years of experience, Previous experience in a team lead or managerial role, hands-on experience with Endpoint management (MacOS / Windows), hands-on experience with SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence), hands-on experience with Identity and access management, hands-on experience with Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi), Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices
Nice to Have
Experience contributing to budget management (SaaS tools, hardware, vendors), Experience working in an international and fast-growing environment, Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2

You will combine hands-on technical execution with operational leadership, directly driving the coordination and continuous development of our IT Operations team. Working closely alongside the Head of IT, you will help structure day-to-day activities, optimize key processes, and empower the team while remaining deeply involved in high-impact technical topics and projects. This position offers an exciting balance between technical execution, strategic collaboration, and leadership, with a focus on modernizing operations and supporting a fast-growing business at scale.
