Must Have

5-7 years in an IT Operations or similar role, Deep technical knowledge of macOS, Hands-on experience with IAM and SSO/SAML solutions (Okta, Ping, or similar), Experience managing and administering SaaS platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or similar), Experience with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Kandji, or Fleet, Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) or a similar IT ticketing platform, Solid networking fundamentals, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Nice to Have

Knowledge of DNS, firewalls, and RFCs
