What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, 5 - 7 years of experience in large enterprise network environments, Solid knowledge of LAN/WLAN, routing protocols, and network security, Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices and Cisco Voice solutions, Teams Calling, Experience with VoIP architectures, SIP trunking, and QoS for Voice, Experience with Webex Calling or Microsoft Teams telephony, communication and collaboration abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis within ITSM processes, Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, Willingness to learn and grow further
Nice to Have
CCNP certification or equivalent professional experience, Network automation skills (Ansible, Terraform)

This role leads complex projects, ensures stable global Voice operations, and provides expert-level support across multiple sites.
