Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, CCNP certification or equivalent professional experience, 5 - 7 years of experience in large enterprise network environments, Solid knowledge of LAN/WLAN, routing protocols, and network security, Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices and Cisco Voice solutions, Teams Calling, Experience with VoIP architectures, SIP trunking, and QoS for Voice, Experience with Webex Calling or Microsoft Teams telephony, communication and collaboration abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis within ITSM processes, Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, Willingness to learn and grow further

What You'll Do.
implement and configure global communications and Voice infrastructure (VoIP
Manage corporate mobile contracts and carrier escalations
Implement and support LAN/WLAN architectures including Cisco wireless standards
Execute installations
and upgrades according to policies
Ensure high Voice quality by applying network best practices including QoS
and redundancy protocols
Monitor and control network and Voice performance for availability
Create documentation and diagrams to support global and local IT teams
Drive incident resolution and problem management for network and Voice systems
Contribute to automation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead and deliver Voice and network projects across global sites
Conduct product research and participate in vendor/tool evaluations
Provide support for global plants/offices
