Must Have
7–9 years of progressive IT engineering experience, Demonstrated breadth across the IT stack — identity, endpoint, SaaS administration, networking, and office IT, Ability to work independently and on a team, written communication, Learning agility
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with a modern IdP (e. g. , Okta, Google IAM, or equivalent) and SCIM-based provisioning, Experience with IGA tooling (e. g. , Lumos, SailPoint, Saviynt, or comparable) and joiner/mover/leaver automation, Modern MDM experience (e. g. , Iru, Jamf, Jumpcloud, Intune), Networking and A/V engineering experience in a multi-office environment, Experience partnering with EDR / MDR providers (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Expel, Arctic Wolf, or similar), Experience as the first or early IT engineering hire at a growing company, Comfort with at least one scripting language (Python, TypeScript, or Bash) and config-as-code approaches to managing infrastructure

ABOUT THE ROLE Build the systems that every Sunoer touches every day. As a Senior IT Engineer, you'll work with your teammates and the Senior Manager of IT to design and build our identity, endpoint, networking, and office IT systems in close partnership with Operations, People, Finance, and Engineering. Your focus will largely be on 0-to-1 work — you will build the capabilities that let Suno scale quickly and efficiently across our four US offices. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build identity and access management — configure single sign-on, automate joiner / mover / leaver workflows, run access reviews, and automate ad hoc access requests. - Manage our endpoint fleet — migrate and expand our MDM systems to simplify onboarding, off-boarding, vulnerability management, and compliance. - Administer the SaaS estate — configure, harden, and manage our Google Workspace, Slack, and portfolio of SaaS tools. - Keep our office tech stack solid — wired, wireless, and zero-trust VPN networks performant
