_We’re looking for a**Senior** **IT Disaster Recovery Specialist** to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you will support the business and technology teams in complying with organizational and regulatory guidelines and best practices towards enhancing the resilience of technology systems and infrastructure. Activities will support the continuity of critical business operations. Learn more about it below!_ **Position Responsibilities:** * Serve as the Group Functions Technology (GFT) contact for disaster recovery requirements in Asia. * Work with IT, Business Continuity and Project Management colleagues and vendors to ensure the required technical assets are resilient and systems are built with DR requirements embedded. You’ll be a DR Subject Matter Expert on projects that utilize various project management methodologies and current technologies. * Lead and guide with the design of appropriate DR strategies or high availability configurations. * Consult squads on the proper development and documentation of plans, procedures and associated roles and responsibilities necessary to recover or prove resiliency for required business applications and services. * Coordinate DR test planning, execution and reporting with technology partners * Provide expert consultation to support the GFT segment in identifying and evaluating strategic options for recovering business applications and related services. * Work with Segment Risk Teams globally to identify areas of program improvement and drive execution through special projects and general working sessions * Work with the Segment Risk Teams globally in the development of related DR policies and standards; perform segment gap analyses and work with business teams and technical teams to implement policies and processes throughout the segment.
