These tools generate insights to help maximize revenue, expand market share, and support global go-to-market efforts. The role offers strong exposure to Medtronic’s products, data, and commercial operations, along with opportunities for career growth in a diverse and inclusive environment focused on advancing healthcare. The Sr. IT Developer designs, builds, and supports internal CPQ/CLM applications that enable U.S. P&C capabilities. The role translates business needs into technical solutions, leads design discussions, develops and tests code, and improves system performance, reliability, and scalability. It also promotes development best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and strong architecture patterns while troubleshooting issues and supporting upgrades and integrations. The position collaborates closely with business stakeholders, acting as a bridge between P&C and IT to ensure technology and data support business decisions.
