We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy. ## Responsibilities Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across global operations. Design and implement robust security policies, identity management frameworks, and access controls to protect sensitive corporate assets. Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives, including vendor management, hardware lifecycle planning, and capacity forecasting for large-scale deployments. Drive IT projects, including complex system upgrades and migrations, by defining technical standards, workflows, and documentation best practices. Engineer and manage advanced enterprise clustering and networking solutions, optimizing connectivity, security, and traffic flow in complex environments. ## Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience 7+ years in complex, large-scale enterprise environments). Deep proficiency in architecting and maintaining high-availability systems, server clustering, and robust enterprise solutions. Advanced knowledge of Windows/macOS ecosystems, Active Directory, Meraki, and RMM tools. Solid experience in Linux systems administration and database management is a significant plus. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; German is a plus. Ability to travel between company locations in Spain as needed. ## Additional
