In this role, you'll be the hands-on owner and subject matter expert (SME) for the management of Aurora's core SaaS ecosystem — with deep focus on our collaboration platforms and incident and alert management platforms. You'll set the technical strategy and roadmap for this domain, build robust automations and integrations that eliminate manual work, and help drive Aurora's adoption of Enterprise AI tools.
