6+ years IT/software/systems engineering, Hands-on collaboration platform administration, Hands-on incident/alert management platforms, Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, Experience building integrations with APIs, Hands-on IAM and lifecycle automation, Experience with SSO and SCIM provisioning, Solid understanding of API usage, Solid understanding of integration patterns, Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, Hands-on experience with major cloud platform, Proven ability to collaborate across teams, Proven ability to partner with senior leadership

Broad SaaS administration experience, License management experience, Technology management experience, Cost-governance experience, Experience building reusable automation frameworks, Experience building reusable integrations, Experience building self-service tooling, Experience with Enterprise AI tools, Experience with low-code/no-code tools, Experience with AWS, Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Experience with version control, Experience with multiple cloud platforms
