What You'll Achieve.
keep systems aligned with distribution performance goals; deliver measurable operational gains across distribution center workflows
Industry & Context.
incident triage; root cause analysis; resolution; translate operational requirements into scalable WMS solutions; gather business requirements independently and translate them into functional specifications and integration designs
Ability to work extended hours as necessary, Light physical effort equal to lifting or moving of lightweight materials
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of IT experience in enterprise application implementation and support, 5+ years supporting Infor Cloud WMS or equivalent cloud WMS platform (Manhattan, Blue Yonder) in a high-volume distribution environment, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Nice to Have
Experience with small parcel shipping applications, RF/mobile devices, and thermal printing environments
What You'll Do.
Own day-to-day WMS application health
Configure and optimize WMS
and support integrations between WMS and ERP
Lead medium-to-large WMS initiatives
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Define documentation standards for WMS configuration
and operational procedures
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partnering with Operations and Supply Chain; collaborate across IT and business teams
Communication Scope
written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders
Process & Methodology
Lead medium-to-large WMS initiatives including upgrades, enhancements, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live execution
