What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience supporting globally distributed teams, Proficient with Jira Service Management, including workflow configuration and service desk administration, Communicate confidently with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Bash, Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, or audit support activities, Experience in SaaS, ERP, or manufacturing technology environments

What You'll Do.
Provide technical support for hardware
and collaboration tools across a distributed workforce
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues related to laptops
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
including device provisioning
Support and maintain productivity and collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365
Assist with identity and access management
including user provisioning
and security best practices
Contribute to IT process improvements
automation initiatives
and systems documentation
Monitor and maintain IT assets
and endpoint management processes
Support cybersecurity initiatives
employee security training
and compliance related activities
Participate in infrastructure
and operational improvement projects
