Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel, stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, Sit or stand as needed, Must be available for core hours: 8:30 a.m. –5:30 p.m. PT, with occasional after-hours support for priority incidents
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or service desk leadership within a SaaS/cloud-first environment, Proven leadership skills, including mentoring junior staff and cross-functional partnership experience, particularly with People/HR on user lifecycle workflows, technical diagnostic skills with a hypothesis-driven approach, capable of isolating issues across client, network, authentication, service, and data layers, Deep understanding of enterprise environments (Mac/Windows), networking (HTTP/DNS), security principles (SSO, SAML, OAuth, HIPAA awareness), and CLI fluency, Experience in process improvement and governance, including change/control practices, maintaining audit-ready artifacts, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement
What You'll Do.
Serve as the top-tier technical expert to resolve complex issues across endpoints
and core business applications
documenting root causes and scalable solutions
Maintain security and compliance across all IT workflows
applying data security principles (e.g.
least-privilege access) and ensuring all records (tickets
changes) are audit-ready
Mentor junior team members
providing guidance and stepping in to handle frontline support during high-volume periods
Drive process improvement by proactively collaborating with departments (e.g.
automating People team's onboarding/offboarding) and tracking support KPIs
while maintaining scalable SOPs/knowledge articles
Available for core hours: 8:30 a.m. –5:30 p.m. PT
with occasional after-hours support for priority incidents
